DESIGN PROCESS

STRUCTURAL DESCRIPTION

After surveying the project, the engineer will propose the structural design according to the specific requirements and articles.

STRUCTURAL DIAGRAMMING

The engineer prepares the structural design drawing, calculates the loads and building materials according to the design drawing, and proposes a scheme of the main materials suitable for the use of the project structure according to the concrete structure design standard.

LOAD CALCULATION

The site engineer calculates and predicts the external factors that can have an impact on the project. Errors in the work can lead to the risk of deterioration of the project quality or even collapse.

DETAILED DESIGN

Based on the above preliminary calculations, the engineer will start making detailed design drawings, selecting the project building structure and presenting that structure through design drawings.

DESIGN PLAN APPROVAL

The design documents are sent to the competent authority for approval process. When the approval is granted, the quantity of work is calculated and a quotation is sent to the client and a contract is signed.

SHOP DRAWINGS

From the Tekla 3D model library, the engineer who produces the Shop Drawing extracts the resulting drawings for each component and uploads them to the system as production input.
